I am concerned that if Medicaid and Title X funding are eliminated, thousands who would rely on Planned Parenthood would not receive an HIV test and may not know where to go. Last year, Planned Parenthood in St. Louis provided nearly
10,000 HIV tests. Without Planned Parenthood, those who tested positive still may not know their status, nor where to go for care and support.
