It’s been a long day on the road, but we finally made it to our next stop: Toledo. Tomorrow, we’re looking forward to rallying in front of the district office of Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur – a pro-prevention and consistent champion of sex-ed and contraceptive access. Rep. Kaptur deserves to be applauded for putting her constituents first and standing with Planned Parenthood by voting NO on the Pence amendment to H.R. 1. She took a political risk and we need to let her know that her efforts to protect access to pap smears, cancer screenings and basic preventive health care for the women of Ohio have not gone unnoticed.
The support in Geneva today was nothing short of amazing. Toledo – let’s see what you’re made of!
